Missin' the south....

Good morning, all! As I'm typing this, snow is still falling outside on top of the 8 inches or so that accumulated over night. Guh. I miss Oklahoma!!!

1. Starting Assumptions = Good! I have been reading through your Starting Assumptions posts and responses from last night. By far the most popular topic is "Which parent do I resemble?" and the neat thing is that nearly everyone said that they resemble both of their parents. As I hope you will learn in this chapter, that is because exactly half of your genes come from each of your parents. I appreciate the high quality of your posts and your responses.

2. What's on for today? Reading Quizzes are due tonight by 11:00 p.m.

3. What's on the agenda for tomorrow? Your week 8 Digging Deeper is due tomorrow at 8:00, with responses due by 11:00.

4. Spring Break: Remember, the schedule for week 9 is WACKY and compressed, so you can enjoy spring break without a care in the world! Pay attention to the revised dates for the week's worth of assignments.

5. Heading to Norman: I'm on my way to Norman next week for a committee meeting and a wedding. Unfortunately, I'm driving a very loooooooong 26 hours to get there, so I will be away from my email all day Tuesday and part of Wednesday. Never fear: once I arrive I'll check back in with you and read through all of your discussion board posts!

Let me know if you have questions or concerns!
