It's Monday again!

Good morning all! I hope you had a great weekend! Sorry for the problem with the Freelance Writer declaration last night. Please go in and double check to make sure that I gave everyone credit for declaring (if you were one of the folks whose points didn't transfer to the gradebook).

1. Final thoughts assignments are due tonight by 11:00 p.m. If you posted any of your assignments too late to receive comments, you'll have to wait until I go through and respond before you can do your Final Thoughts.

2. Grading: Section 996 I'll be grading your FW assignments today and will try to have grades posted tonight, but it might take me until tomorrow to finish. Section 995, Dr. Hoefnagels will grade your assignments when she returns.

3. Week 5 Starting Assumptions are due tomorrow by 8 with responses by 11.

4. Looking ahead? Some of you may have noticed that during Week 6 we have our first Adopt-a-species assignment due in place of our usual Freelance Writer. You will select a threatened or endangered species for this assignment and set up your own blog. Once you have completed the assignment, you will need to email me with your blog link. You will see in the discussion board that there is a big response table that will show you whose A-a-S assignments you are supposed to respond to. I will be adding the hyperlinks to the table as you post your blogs (that's why you have to email me the link when you've posted your blog). If you have a few minutes, take a look at this assignment. I'd like to start answering questions about it now instead of at the last minute before the assignment is due!

That's it for today!
