Good morning, folks! Just a few items for today:1. Reading Quiz: Your Reading Quiz is due tonight by 11:00 p.m. Just like last week, you will have 2 attempts, and your highest score will be recorded.
2. Starting Assumptions: I read through your Starting Assumptions assignments for this week and many of you have some very interesting things to say! In fact, if any of you are looking for more examples of what a "substantive" response is, you can choose almost any one of them in this week's Starting Assumptions discussion forum and have a look! Bravo folks! You did a great job!
3. Digging Deeper: Your Digging Deeper assignments are due tomorrow by 8, with responses by 11:00. Let's see if you can carry over some of that excellent response-writing momentum to tomorrow's assignment!
4. Head's up: I'm heading out of town from Friday to Monday to visit my mom for her birthday. I will have email access and will check it several times a day, but I won't be glued to the computer like I am when I'm at home. Try and take a few seconds to glance through your assignments early so nobody has any emergencies while I'm gone!
