Good morning all!I've read through your Week 2 Starting Assumptions assignments and, for the most part, they look great! Nice work!
1. Reading Quiz: Your first reading quiz is due tonight. You'll want to read Chapter 1 before you take the quiz. You will get 2 attempts and the computer will enter the highest of the scores into the gradebook.
2. Digging Deeper: Your Digging Deeper assignment is due tomorrow. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully and don't forget to declare!! Please use the html editor button to make your posts look good!
3. Do I sound like a broken record? Don't forget to use PREFERRED names to address each other on the discussion board. Thanks to some of you who have put some gentle reminders on the board about names!
4. Proofread: Many of you need to proofread, proofread, proofread your posts! Spell checking isn't enough--it doesn't catch grammatical errors, capital letter issues, and sentences that don't make sense!
5. Extra Credit: Thanks to several of you for reminding me of the extra credit points that I owe you for responding to my email about course announcements. I haven't forgotten! Every other week or so, when I've finished grading, I'll go through and add in extra credit points. Thanks for the reminders!
